the Pamela E. Brewer Leadership Institute
An ongoing leadership development program that culminates in an "effective leadership" credential. Once registered, students accumulate hours, over three or more semesters, in both educational sessions and experiential learning to earn a credential. This expanded program replaces the former one-day event called the "Lafayette Leadership Institute".

Registration is required for this conference-style leadership development event.
Experience multiple educational sessions throughout the day, receive personalized, detailed self-assessment reports, or a book to compliment your workshop content. Presentations are paired with a mid-day Alumni Panel which involves conversations with accomplished Lafayette alums who share and reflect on their own experiences with the five effective leadership practices – the hallmark of Lafayette’s leadership education model. Visiting faculty and professional leadership facilitators provide content that supports the competencies necessary to be an effective leader.
