Session Schedule
The Institute is designed to expose attendees to the fundamentals of leadership by combining presentations (aimed at raising awareness and building knowledge) AND stories from alumni about their personal-best leadership experiences (aimed at providing examples of how the five effective leadership practices are applied in the world beyond Lafayette) are shared over lunch. Participants receive books or materials and, in some cases, personalized assessments related to session content.
Participants must choose between the morning session and afternoon session when registering. The sessions are mirror images of one another in terms of content and morning and afternoon participants come together to participate in the alumni panel. REGISTER FOR THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE!
