The Lafayette Leadership Education Committee is once again sponsoring several teams, consisting of 6-7 students, to join The Collegiate Leadership Competition (CLC). Coaches will guide their team through the 5-module leadership curriculum. The teams will train during five 90-minute practice sessions over the course of 10 weeks. The culminating event is a competition against the other teams. The program is a great opportunity for students to foster leadership and build a dynamic team with their peers. The total commitment is ~15-16 hours across a two-month period from February through early April. Based on interest, the program is sometimes offered in the fall as well.
