Don’t settle for simply hoping you will hit the ground running this year, get empowered to FLY! Before you lead an organization, you must first lead yourself. This 2-hour program is designed to help you learn to take strategic action and tap into your personal vision. At the conclusion, students will be able to:
- Define the vision that will keep them inspired to set goals
- Define personal and empowering beliefs to overcome obstacles
- Take strategic action through a guided action plan
